Nissan JUKE 2011

Unlike traditional entries in the fast-growing compact hatchback/crossover market today, the all-new JUKE offers bold styling, unexpected levels of performance and an advanced torque vectoring AWD system with performance technology usually reserved for premium vehicles.

JUKE's aggressive styling brings a breath of fresh air to the segment. Built on Nissan's proven global B-platform, JUKE looks exactly like it drives fun, bold and exciting. It features a powerful front end treatment with the turn signals integrated into the front fenders, a high beltline and coupe-like falling roofline. Other exterior details include body-colored outside mirrors and front door handles, "hidden" rear door handles and standard 17-inch wheels and tires.

The JUKE interior is equally aggressive with bolstered front seats, a wide instrument panel and a unique center console inspired by a motorcycle fuel tank and finished in a high-gloss paint. The gear shift sits on top of the console, with a high-mounted shift lever for sporty driving. In the rear, a fold-down 60/40-split bench seat and flat load floor provide passenger and cargo hauling flexibility. Available interior features range from

leather-appointed seats and RearView Monitor to Nissan Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition and Nissan Navigation System with XM NavTraffic Real-Time Traffic Information (XM subscription required, sold separately). A long list of safety features is also standard, including six air bags, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) and Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC).

Powering JUKE is a standard 1.6-liter Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) Turbo, 16-valve DOHC aluminum-alloy inline 4-cylinder engine rated at 188 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque. Two transmissions are offered Nissan's advanced Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) with S-Mode and a 6-speed manual transmission (SV FWD and SL FWD models only). Fuel economy is rated at 27 mpg City and 32 mpg Highway for JUKE CVT FWD models.

Skyline GT-R 2012

The Nissan Skyline GT-R is an iconic Japanese granturismo launched more than 15 years ago. Also known as "Godzilla" it is rated as providing performance and handling equal or superior to that of European icons like the Porsche 911 and the Ferrari 360 Modena, at a considerably lower price. Back home the Skyline GTR

humiliated its competitors such as the Honda NSX, Toyota Supra, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution, Subaru Impreza WRX STi, and Mazda RX-7 until the 1999 production finish. In 2007 the Godzilla is coming back!

Nissan has unveiled at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show the GT-R Proto Concept, that gives an impression of what the new GT-R will look like when it will go on sale globally in 2007. The new GT-R will not derive from a sedan, it will receive its own specific body style. It is therefore probable, that recent rumors of the GT-R losing the Skyline part of its name will come true.

Nissan Skyline GTR R35

Nissan Skyline GTR R35Born from a long line of Skyline GT-Rs dating back to 1969, this latest version "R35" to the hard-core promises to pack more turbocharged power, more all-wheel-drive technology and more sheer speed than any Japanese car ever to come to America.

For six years the 2009 Nissan Skyline GT-R has been the subject of intense rumors and frenzied speculation. Frequent sightings of GT-R test mules help fuel the excitement. We've caught GT-R prototypes on the streets of L.A. and the Nrburgring test track in Germany. Nissan's engineers also made a trip to a couple California racetracks, bringing the GT-R to both Laguna Seca and Sears Point.

Why is this car followed so closely? Because the Skyline GT-R R35 is expected to be the ne plus ultra of Japanese performance machinery
The original Nissan Skyline GT-R

might have hit the street in 1969, but it wasn't until 1990 that the GT-R legend would be solidified. That was the year the Skyline GT-R was introduced to an utterly stunned Japanese market. It was the first of three twin-turbocharged, all-wheel-drive and all-wheel-steering Skylines (R32, R33 and R34) and it's the generation upon which the Skyline GT-R legend rests.
